Around 8-12 weeks before your wedding, I'll step in as your main point of contact, liaising with your suppliers, confirming final details, and ensuring everything is in place. From that point on, you can take it all off your plate, knowing every detail is being looked after.
On the day itself, I'll coordinate your suppliers, oversee the set-up, manage the schedule, and calmly handle any unexpected hiccups behind the scenes. With careful attention to every detail, I'll make sure your vision is brought to life seamlessly, from the first set-up through to just after your first dance, leaving you free to relax and make the most of every moment.
Event Day Setup
This package is designed for couples who have planned and sourced all the beautiful details themselves, but want someone they can trust to bring everything together.
Perfect for dry hire weddings, DIY brides and blank-canvas venues, where the setup is in your hands but you’d rather spend the time enjoying the build-up to your wedding than dressing the venue yourselves.
Arriving the day before or on the morning itself, subject to access timings, I’ll take care of setting up your spaces according to your plans. From ceremony styling and signage to tablescapes, stationery and those all-important finishing touches, you provide the styling items and your vision, and I’ll bring it all to life.

Full Planning & Design
Planning a wedding is a full-time job, and this service is designed for couples who want someone to handle it all.
From the very first consultation to the last dance, I will manage every detail.
Supplier sourcing, budget tracking, design support, timeline creation, and regular check-ins, so nothing is overlooked. I will liaise with suppliers, review contracts, and ensure all elements come together seamlessly.
On your wedding day, I oversee set-up, coordinate the schedule, and troubleshoot any unexpected challenges, giving you the freedom to enjoy your day with complete peace of mind.
We'll explore your vision together, from colour palette and styling to the overall atmosphere you want to create. I'll curate bespoke moodboards that encompass it all to ensure every detail feels beautifully cohesive and unmistakably you.
Partial Planning
